Out of random interest, and because it always pleases me to see animators making a well-deserved living in the world, I spent some time going through some YouTube animators' videos and trying to figure out what techniques and aesthetic choices they make to create long videos that the algorithm won't bury without getting completely ruined by the workload.

Also, good lord, 10k subs. Did not anticipate that ever happening.
