During my law school finals study period (not the Bar study), I was going over torts and the claim of defamation. I thought it'd be interesting to break down defamation claims and apply them to some of the Youtube Drama that has been going around. Most of this drama is slander anyways, so why not? I hope you guys enjoy.

Once again, if I've made any errors of law or fact, I apologize. I did about three takes of this recording and sometimes you still don't get it right.
