Uploading a video to YouTube when the site is in Read-Only mode. The uploaded file didn't went live when the read-only mode was over. The server simply rejected the file with link to the page with possible reasons why a file might be rejected. Neither of the reasons on the page was correct though - the browser was fine, No Ad blocking extensions used and no Anti-Spyware, Antivirus or similar software was interfering. The file was uploaded and accepted fine by YouTube when the maintenance ended.
