Hello everyone and welcome back to NerdHaul for another video! Today, we're doing something different and I've got a tutorial for you.

A few people have asked for a thumbnail tutorial, so today I'm going to show you how to make thumbnails with GIMP. GIMP 2.8 is a fantastic bit of software that is completely free and pretty much does everything that Photoshop does. So not only am I showing you how to make thumbnails but also how to make thumbnails for free so it's all good!

The thumbnail is one of the most important parts of a Youtube video as it's the first thing that will catch a potential viewer's eye. With this GIMP tutorial you'll hopefully stand a much better chance of getting more views!
