Youtubes COPPA Policy is GARBAGE
13,544Youtube is trying to use their own creators as a meat shield while passing the blame for an infraction that most of us cannot even possibly have committed.
The childrens protection act is going to be leveraged against creators who do not even gather data, have no tools to do so, and are not using it in any way shape or form. Youtube raises the bar, each and every day, in terms of how they try to crush their own community.
