1A cool Ao Oni clone made with Game Maker rather than RPG Maker. You'd think that would inspire the designer to ditch the grid-based movement, but no. The menu system feels pretty pro in an 8- or 16-bit way, and I don't recall it ever glitching out or anything. Atmosphere is pretty thick, too. Puzzles are a bit weaksauce though, and not always terribly logical, like that crate/furnace puzzle at the beginning.
