Hugo is .. somewhat difficult to handle. Remember the HAX mode he went through on his side ... consider it like you're facing that mode with various twists. First of all .. he can have up to 6 eyes of fact moving through the whole area attacking you randomly, second his mines follow Toal remotely and explode when he is close and he uses his lasers sometimes. When Hugo has lost half of his HP... He goes into Burst mode and 2 controls 2 more eyes of fact and things become more random and chaotic... have fun!
