This playthrough's life option is set to 30%, like always, however, the 30% life setting barely, if even affects any helper-based projectiles (thus this Pikachu's super can KO opponent really fast despite both this move and his other super move deal pretty much same damage when life setting is set at 100%) since statedef -2 does not seem to affect helpers at all.
Many of his sprites were taken from my Sonic vs Pokemon Pikachu (the sprites were made by JoshR anyway), though some sprites are new, some are recreated from AxKing's Pikachu.
He plays similar to Raichu, even though Pikachu was built on TFGAF Template rather than using Raichu as base, though his super moves are different, and he lacks Foot Dive-like move or something. Also, his projectiles, unlike Raichu, is helper-based, not Projectile state controller-based.
And no, despite the upload date, I'm not participating in April Fools event at all.
