I'm pretty sure it's from Christmas but I can't remember very well if this aired in November or December because I was 6 when this originally aired and I was just starting to watch YTV full time at the time, and this was taken from an airing of Race For Your Life Charlie Brown (back when YTV didn't do movies all the time, they rarely showed them during the You Rule era)
