This classic fighting game is based on the popular anime series Yuu Yuu Hakusho. It features 11 playable characters, including Yusuke, Kurama, Hiei, and Kuwabara. There are three game modes: Elimination, Training, and Competition.

Elimination Mode

In Elimination Mode, you fight against the computer opponents one by one. The first player to lose three rounds is eliminated.

Training Mode

Training Mode allows you to practice your skills and learn the moves of each character. There are three modes: Royal Battle, Tag Match, and Free Training.

Competition Mode

In Competition Mode, up to four players can compete in an elimination tournament. The players can also watch the matches between fighters controlled by the computer.

Gameplay

Each character has one punch and one kick. They can also jump, duck, run forward, backwards, and move up or down in the ring. They also have special maneuvers, released by certain combinations of movements and buttons.

Did you know that Yuu Yuu Hakusho: Makyou Toitsusen was originally released in Japan as a rental-only game? This means that it was only available to rent from video game stores, and could not be purchased.
