These are the rules for the Duelist Kingdom board game covering the game's story, map, pieces, and rules outside of Dueling itself which is covered by the Duelist Kingdom rule book. Unique to the game are cheat, riddle, counter cheat and item cards including the Millennium Items and a large cast of characters some with very different win conditions. Replay value is huge.

Note there is a small typo in the video where it says:

“Ghost” Kaiba, PaniK, Para Dox Brothers, each eliminator has the same number of star chips as their opponent plus any they won, and Ghost Kaiba begins with Kaiba’s Deck.

It should say:

“Ghost” Kaiba, PaniK, Para Dox Brothers, each eliminator has the same number of star chips as their 1st opponent plus any they won, and Ghost Kaiba begins with Kaiba’s Deck.

This is to prevent people from Dueling the same player killer over and over again for unlimited star chips a problem that would arise if this typo wasn't fixed. I can edit it and what is available on the website will have the revision it seems like a small deal but it hugely impacts how the game works.
