And here it is - the subtitled version of the Doki Doki Panic commercial. Made for Fuji TV's Yume Kōjō '87 festival event in the summer of 1987, Nintendo of America repurposed the game with new sprites and made slight alterations and churned out Super Mario Bros. 2, leaving the real Super Mario Bros. 2 to languish in obscurity for many years until Nintendo of America reluctantly brought it over as it was part of the Super Famicom's Super Mario Collection, called Super Mario All-Stars on SNES.
