Yuvraj Singh Retirement: Historic Moments Of His Cricketing Career
Arguably, one of the best Indian all-rounders, Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement from international cricket on June 10. In a remarkable career spanning two decades, Yuvraj scored over 11,000 international runs in 304 ODIs, 40 Tests, and 58 T20Is. Son of former Indian cricketer Yograj Singh, Yuvraj made his international debut in 2000. In 2002, he, along with Mohammad Kaif led to India's historic win against England in the Natwest series. In 2007, he hit six sixes in an over off England's Stuart Broad. During the 2011 ICC World Cup, Yuvraj scored a stellar 362 runs and helped India lift its 2nd World Cup title. He was adjudged 'Player of the tournament'. Thank you, Yuvi!
