This guide explains how to run Luigi's Mansion 3 on Low End Devices without getting stuck at the Front Desk F1 with 0 frames.

Workaround:

Open Yuzu and without launching the game, go to Emulation - Configure - General - uncheck the box that says Multi-core CPU Emulation. Tap OK.

Launch the game. Go thru the game even if it’s slow. Once Luigi gets to his hotel room (and you see that the game saved) close Yuzu. Turn back on Multi-Core in the settings. Open the game and play.
