2ZACKSW is a WAD from February 1995 for DOOM II by Zachary A. Pless.
This wad is a classic example of "my first wad", with intentional near-impossible fights, ammo starvation and a sense of "ha beat this" attitude.
Essentially you cannot get 100% here without cheats, just grab the super shotgun and kill the IOS quickly.
