Część pierwsza tej serii skupia się wokół postaci Miku Hinasaki, pewnej młodej uczennicy. Dziewczyna wyrusza na poszukiwania swojego zaginionego brata, Mafuyu’a. Ślady zaprowadzają Miku do tajemniczej posiadłości Himuro, którą pragnie dokładniej zbadać. Z czasem okazuje się, iż na tym terenie w przeszłości zaginęła większa liczba osób. W okolicy roi się zaś od demonicznych zjaw.
