2It's been a while since I haven't uploaded videos in my channel thanks to how busy the second semester is.
Well, I'm finally able to convert almost all my winmugen stuff to MUGEN 1.0 and I'm finally able to get my desired amount of character slots so I'm able to get to MUGEN 1.0. Anyway, to celebrate myself for that (yay me), I uploaded this match.

Again, I'm not really that great at playing with shotos like Ryu so sorry for my sloppy play.
These updates by mryly for P.O.T.S. Ryu and Akuma (originally his Shin Akuma) seems to be most likely nerfs in some of their priorities and trying to be somewhat accurate to their SSFIV AE properties. Well, here are my personal comments on them.
Ryu: when cancelling from Joudan Sokutou Geri to Nidan Shouryuu Tsuki, the full Nidan Shouryuu Tsuki won't work. This is intended for the move itself in the update. BUT from the low version of Joudan Sokutou to Nidan Shouryuu Tsuki will allow the full Nidan Shouryuu Tsuki to work. Don't know if that is intended or not.
Akuma[Gouki]: This Akuma is originally pots Shin Akuma but watered down (Shin Akuma is still accessible). Regular Akuma gains two new level 2 super moves (came from UMVC3) and modified move set.
Both: They cannot chain from level 1 super to a different level 1 super anymore. But They can chain from level 1 to level 2. My problem about their level 2 supers is that its damage output are almost the same (some are weaker) compared to their level 1 supers. Also their dragon punch moves invincibilities are nerfed down (I still remember original pots Ryu's shoryuken is almost straight invincibility. Don't know if that's just me lol). Also, some of their moves that used to be safe (a lot of moves from original pots characters are safe) are nerfed down so some of them now are unsafe.
My personal opinions: I like most of the parts of the edit by mryly and there are some that I didn't like. Some of the nerfs are just fine. Personally, for my own MUGEN roster, I may have to buff this Ryu and Akuma's shoryuken invinsibility and priorities a little bit (but not gonna be the same invinsibility as the original pots character) because to me it feels like their shoryuken gets beaten by a lot of normal moves. And maybe increase the invinsibility and priorities of their moves (mostly supers) that supposed to beat most of the moves around (like Messatsu Gou Shoryuu (sorry if I spelled it wrong)). For my personal roster I may try to give back their ability to chain from level 1 super to another level 1 super and for Akuma be able to cancel shoryuken midair to aerial super move just for the fun of it and to maybe give back the same feeling of the usual pots character =p.
But don't worry, I will still keep their original updated by mryly versions so I can use them for my MUGEN videos instead if I were ever going to edit this characters for my personal MUGEN. SO don't worry about me going to use the edited by me versions when I'm going to upload a match using these characters (the edit by me (more likely my personal property tweaking) will be my private edit =P).
