This started out as an idea to make a gemstone-infused Dragon, something bright and colourful, basically an excuse to use very shiny and unrealistic textures and materials. Well, that didn't occur in the end. Instead I ended up drawing a rather fair and smooth frost-like Dragon. The key thing was I still got to experiment with rocky horns and diamond-like scales, and to create something not entirely organic.
