In 2010 Namco Bandai Games re-released in 3D its horror arcade classics from the eighties for the major consoles. Mobile versions of Splatterhouse for iOS, j2me and BREW were developed as well.



While the console versions are a re-imagining and rewriting of the original games, the BREW version looks like a straight port of the 80-ies arcade game, with simplified controls and sound.



Due to the platform's limitations (multiple simultaneous sound instances were possible only on high-end phones and, notably, the Zeebo) this version can play either SFX or music, but not both.


A feature of on-line saving of scores through Unite SDK was added (which does not work now because the servers were shut down).


This version of the game comes from an LG VN530 phone.
