Here we cover the Exclusive Rooms of both the SNES & GBA versions!
The SNES Versions have the Chris Houlihan "Error Handler" Secret Room.
The GBA Version has the Palace of the Four Swords IF you have defeated both Ganon in ALTTP & Vaati in Four Swords at least once on the same save file.

Please note: the Chris Houlihan Room does exist on the GBA version, but it wasn't implemented as an "Error Handler" and is inaccessible; unless you use a glitch or cheat to walk through walls, which can also allow you beat the game in under 5 minutes & access the Palace of the Four Swords without needing to beat Vaati at least once in Zelda Four Swords.
