The goal of this mode is to have every seed that's rolled be done in less than an hour. You still have to get 7 crystals, but Ganon's Tower isn't needed and the pyramid is open right away. There are multiple copies of every required item, and you start with boots and a bunch of items that open up fetch quests, along with more money than you could possibly need. Everything is designed to be as fast as possible, and it minimizes the risk of having one item be in a horrible spot because there are so many copies of everything required.
