Zelda: Breath of the Wild (No Commentary) #096, Champions' Ballad: Great Plateau Bases (2/2)

Previously, Link began carrying out the DLC Pack 2 main quest "EX The Champions' Ballad". After claiming the One-Hit Obliterator in the Shrine of Resurrection, he cleared out a monster base in the Forest of Spirits and another in the Eastern Abbey. He cleared the new shrines that appeared, the Yowaka Ita Shrine and the Rohta Chigah Shrine. Now, he will take care of the two monster bases remaining on the Great Plateau.
Link resumes at the Old Man's hut in the southeast of the Great Plateau. He heads to a small ridge a short distance northeast of the hut. He puts on the Barbarian set for increased attack power.
From the ridge, Link begins his attack on the monster base south of the Temple of Time (time 1:15). The Lizalfos on the central rock makes a good first target. The enemies include Lizalfos and Bokoblins of various types. A couple of the Bokoblins are mounted on Stalhorses. There is even a Moblin for good measure.
Once Link has defeated all the enemies, a shrine appears (time 4:46). This updates the objective for "EX The Champions' Ballad". Only one monster base remains! Link goes around and collects loot.
On the central rock in the base, a chest contains 10 Arrows (time 6:41).
The new shrine is the Ruvo Korbah Shrine (time 7:03). After checking around, Link examines the pedestal to open the shrine and activate its travel gate (time 7:45).
Link enters the shrine (time 8:04). Ruvo Korbah issues the combat trial A Major Test of Strength+.
When Link enters the arena, a Guardian Scout IV is brought in (time 8:57). This one wields a spear, a shield and a battle axe. The One-Hit Obliterator makes it easy.
In the room beyond, Link finds a chest containing 10 Bomb Arrows (time 9:54).
But rather than an altar, Link finds a pressure plate. When he steps on it, the lift in the center of the arena goes downstairs. Link glides downstairs to the lower level, where a locked door is ahead. Turning left, he finds a corridor inhabited by Guardian Scouts I. There is also a Guardian Scout III to deal with. The Guardian Scout III is another good target for the One-Hit Obliterator.
Under where the Guardian Scout III was, Link finds a chest with a Giant Ancient Core (time 14:14).
Then, Link finds a chest containing a Small Key (time 14:47).
Link opens the Small Key door. When he reaches the pond in the room, some Guardian Scouts drop into the room. Three of them will fall to one Bomb Arrow apiece. The Guardian Scout on the upper-balcony is the most powerful. If Link has enough good arrows, he can snipe at this enemy from a distance. Once he has defeated all the Guardian Scouts, the door to the altar room opens.
Link examines Ruvo Korbah's altar (time 19:08). He earns Spirit Orb #123. He has 3 Spirit Orbs on hand.
Link arrives outside (time 20:10). He heads back to the Old Man's hut. At the hut, he sleeps until morning.
In the morning, Link puts on the Snowquill Tunic for cold resistance. He also puts on the Snow Boots for better movement speed on the snow.
When he is ready, Link teleports to the Keh Namut Shrine in the northwest of Mount Hylia (time 21:26). The monster base is on the eastern slopes of Mount Hylia's peak. From the Keh Namut Shrine, Link paraglides east by southeast and then climbs Mount Hylia's peak.
On the eastern side of Mount Hylia's peak, Link has a perfect vantage point to snipe the monster base below (time 23:28). It works especially well if he has a Phrenic Bow. The main enemies are Lizalfos, Moblins, and an Ice Wizzrobe. One of the Moblins is probably a Silver Moblin. There are also Ice Keese and White Chuchus in the area. In the process of shooting the enemies, Link wears out a few bows, including the Great Eagle Bow. Once most of the enemies are defeated, Link goes down to deal with some stragglers. An Ice-Breath Lizalfos is watching a cliff to the east.
Link has soon defeated all the enemies (time 29:31). A shrine emerges from the snow-packed ground nearby. This updates the objective for "EX The Champions' Ballad".
Link discovers the Etsu Korima Shrine (time 30:50). He examines the pedestal to open the shrine and activate its travel gate.
