The first palace: Parapa Palace.

Oh crap, I already died. Damn you iron knuckle! To beat an iron knuckle you could try to attack while jumping, but my timing in defending seems to have improved, so I'd rather use that method.

Boss: Horsehead
This boss is easy. His weakpoint is his head, so jump and attack his head at the highes point of your jump. Use the shield spell at the beginning, so you will get less damage.
