Morpha beaten without taking damage. Played in real time on Mupen64 0.5 re-recording v2.

Jump out onto one of the center platforms to get Morpha to appear but jump back to the outer walkway once the fight begins. Stand back towards one of the corners of the room (be careful not to run into the spikes lining the walls), target Morpha's nucleus, and ready the Longshot. Wait until Morpha extends its body out over the floor and the nucleus moves up inside it, then hook the nucleus to pull it to you. Keep hooking the nucleus as you back up towards the corner of the room, then circle around and slash it with your sword to knock it all the way into the corner. Untarget it, step forward, raise your shield, and stab it while it's trapped to kill it easily.

Alternately, if you stand all the way back in the corner Morpha won't be able to extend out of the water far enough to reach you. Then you can just wait for an opportunity to hook the nucleus, slash it, and repeat until Morpha dies.

If Morpha does manage to hit you as it extends its body out of the water it will pick you up, crush you, then throw you across the room, possibly into the spikes. This hurts quite a bit so keep your distance and circle around the outer walkway to avoid Morpha's body if you don't want to use either of the above methods.
