Previously, Link began exploring the Lakebed Temple. He explored the low eastern room and picked up a Small Key.
After resuming, he gets Ooccoo, Jr., to take him back inside (time 0:21). He arrives where he left off on the first floor in the central room, where the rotating stairway is.
Link goes through the upstairs easten door from the central room (time 1:42).
Across the bridge, he continues through the eastern door (time 2:02). This is sort of a horseshoe-shaped area. Here, Link must shoot down a stalactite to reach a vine to the north of the door.
A chest in this area contains 5 Bombs (time 2:27). The nearby pot is also a fairly consistent source of Arrows.
From the top of the northwestern archway, Link can pull down the nearby handle switch to open the gate blocking the arch (time 3:11). Beyond the gate, he blasts a boulder that blocks the way to the east.
Before continuing east, he takes the door south (time 3:49). He is on the upper level of the room where he got his first Small Key. He can use the cog to cross to the door in the southeast. The door is guarded by a Lizalfos, which can be blasted satisfyingly with a Bomb Arrow.
Link goes through to the southeast (time 4:08). In this section of the area, there is a chest containing another Small Key (time 4:25).
After going back through to the northern section of the area, Link goes through the eastern door (time 5:00). Here, he meets his first Bubble Bug. First, shoot it with a Bomb Arrow to get rid of the bubble, and then defeat the bug with sword or arrow.
Link then opens up the eastern gate (time 5:33). This lets him access the dungeon's eastern tower.
At the top of the long, spiralling ramp, Link finds a small chest containing 10 Bombs (time 7:12). Heh, I hope you didn't come in with full bomb bags!
On top of the archway up here, Link can pull the handle switch to open a sluice gate (time 7:32). This will drain some water into the room. Why it doesn't flood the entire tower, I have no clue.
Then, from the center platform below, Link can pull a handle switch to open up another sluice gate (time 8:07). This will let the water out and power some wheels in the eastern section of the dungeon.
Link follows the water channel out the southwestern door (time 8:24). The water wheel down the channel is currently turning.
Link goes through the door to the central room of this wing of the dungeon (time 8:39). The water flow is now turning the cog here. Link drops off to the southwest to the room below--a little faster than going to the dungeon's center room and coming back. The lifts attached to the cog will now provide convenient transportation to two doors.
Link first goes through the northern door (time 9:40). Turning right, he will find a chest containing another Small Key (time 9:52). Beware of Zols. The large, circular room to the north is mostly inaccessible at this point.
From the room with the rotating cog, Link then goes through the eastern door (time 11:24). Right away, he can use his new Small Key to go through the next door and access a water channel. (Too bad the lock isn't on the door from the room with the rotating cog, but whatever.) Link must now progress down this water channel.
Down one side path, there is a chest containing a Red Rupee, worth 20 R (time 11:57).
Along the northeast side path, there is a chest containing 5 Bombs (time 12:17). Though Water Bombs might be more appropriate.
Past the second Biri, Link must use a Water Bomb to blast through a boulder (time 12:41). Look out for the Shell Blade beyond. It is best defeated with horizontal slices or spin attacks.
Link continues north (time 13:25). However, when he surfaces, the channel is closed off behind him! Look out for two or three Tadpoles.
To find the source of the problem, go into free-look mode and look at the ceiling (time 13:52). When Link sees the Giant Frog, it will drop down to the watery floor. First, it will shake off an army of Tadpoles. They are best dispatched with spin attacks and rapid sword thrusts. Afterwards, the Giant Frog will leap and attempt to crush Link. Link can avoid it by rolling out of the area of its shadow. If he succeeds, the frog will fall stunned, and Link can deal rapid sword attacks to its tongue. The frog will croak afterwards, exposing its tongue. Shooting a Bomb Arrow into its mouth at this point will stun it, giving Link another opportunity to do some damage.
Description is continued in the comments.
