Previously, Link cleared the Palace of Twilight and defeated Zant, the Usurper King. Unfortunately, the true threat is Ganondorf, who has returned to the Realm of Light and taken up residence in Hyrule Castle. Link must now gain entry to Hyrule Castle and save Princess Zelda.

First, Link visits Malo Mart Castle Branch to restock his Arrows and Bombs.

Then, he heads north from Castle Town's main square to the path leading to Hyrule Castle (time 2:05). Midna uses the power of the Fused Shadow to dispel Ganon's barrier in impressive fashion.

Link heads north into Hyrule Castle, the game's final dungeon (time 24:08). He begins in the southern courtyard. Look out for nasty avians. As Link approaches the northwest door, he is locked into a battle with a few Bokoblins.

Link then goes northwest (time 5:34). In the south part of the western courtyard, he must first clear out some more Bokoblins. As he goes north, he will have to pull a chain in order to open a gate.

In the north part of the western courtyard, he will encounter King Bulbin for the fourth and final time (time 6:58). This is similar to the fight against King Bulbin in front of the Arbiter's Grounds, but there seems to be a bit more room this time around. Bulbin sucks at blocking Back Slices.

When King Bulbin has had enough, he will hand over a Small Key (time 8:03). Then, he will leave in recognition of Link's strength.

In the northern end of the courtyard, Link finds a chest containing a Red Rupee, worth 20 R (time 9:02).

On a platform on the southeastern side of the central rampart, there is another chest with a Red Rupee. I forgot about it, but it's nothing too major.

Link returns to the southern courtyard (time 9:44). As he approaches the door leading northeast, he will again face an event battle with some more Bokoblins.

Then, Link goes northeast to the eastern courtyard (time 11:01). This area has Bokoblin Archers in guard towers as well as melee Bokoblins on the ground. Best to take out those archers as quickly as possible. In this area, he will find some boars that he can use to knock down the fences and towers.

In the north of the eastern courtyard, Link will find a Gale Boomerang puzzle (time 13:23). He can use the boomerang to clear up a Triforce pattern under the leaves. In green, it shows a route that he will have to use for the boomerang on the nearby towers. Doing this will open up the guard house at the far northwestern end.

In this guard house, a chest contains the Dungeon Map (time 14:26).

In wolf form, Link will be able to dig through a hole in the grass along the northern wall (time 14:51). This takes him to the isolated northern courtyard. It is rainy here, which makes it hard to light the western torches. There will be a lot of Mini-Stalfos and Stalfos here. A couple of grave markers in the southeast hint at what Link should do.

One of the hints refers to the northern tree enclosed in fences (time 17:21). If Link uses his senses in wolf form, he will see a bunch of phantom soldiers gazing at the rock in front of the tree. Bombing this rock reveals a switch. Link can step on the switch to open the gate to the eastern alcove.

In the eastern alcove, the southern chest contains an Orange Rupee, worth 100 R (time 18:07). The northwest chest contains a Green Rupee, worth 1 R. The northeast chest contains a Red Rupee, worth 20 R.

Lighting the torch in the eastern alcove will briefly stop the rain in the courtyard (time 18:41). Then, across the courtyard, Link can light the two torches to raise the gate to the western alcove. There are two owl statues within that Link can move with the Dominion Rod. There is also a hint about a place where specters gaze. The described specters are in the south.

The solution is to move the owl statues south and place them in the depressions along the southern wall (time 20:07). Then, Link will be able to climb onto the southern ledge from the western side and hop across the tops of the statues. He will have to pull a chain to open a cell containing a chest.

The chest in the cell contains a second Small Key (time 21:17). If Link has collected both Small Keys at this point, Midna will prompt Link to enter the castle by the front door.

Link digs back out to the eastern courtyard (time 21:45). In the guard house where he found the map, a ladder leads up to the ramparts. Beware of the respawned Bokoblin Archers.

The description is continued in the comments.
