Overall an easy battle if you keep an eye on his turn bar, if he's going to use an attack that's has a delay of 9 you'll want to definitely guard for sure as that skill would probably kill you in two hits if you don't.

I'd recommend not using any skills either since getting locked into a long delay is going to get you killed if he decides to use his attack skill twice in a row.

A claw would be really helpful as well as the delay before and after using a regular attack with a claw is pretty much non-existent so you can easily heal or defend as necessary.
