Xtal is the main and final boss in this game, and he can only be fought against on 'Normal' difficulty level without using any Continues along the way. He is an unlockable playable character.

===== About Zero Divide =====
Zero Divide is a good fighting game, the control system and game-play is very similar to Virtua Fighter. I'm not really that big a fan of robot/mech designs, but this game definitely portrays/depicts them very well. The mechs with the 'human anatomies' fight just like human martial artists.

Also, the soundtrack stood out to me in this game... the techno genre style is very well composed and customized to be fitting for each specific character. I miss these kind of tracks.
