This is a play-through using Wise in the PS1 game Blue Breaker Burst: Bishou o Anata to. Read on below for more information...

Wise is most likely an unplayable or unused character in the game, because of the following:

1) Her Command List is blank
2) She doesn't have any move voices
3) She doesn't have a super move
4) She doesn't have any magic moves
5) She has very limited moves
6) Some of her moves do not even hit the opponent
7) Some of her moves do not have light trails
8) Her winning screen duration is very short

However, she DOES appear in the game's FMV intro and has an ending portrait on the credits screen. Therefore, there is a high possibility that she is a CPU-only character that you meet and fight against in the game's Story Mode.

The reason why she has a portrait on the credits screen may suggest that she was originally planned to be a playable character, but was left out (she appears as a playable character in the sequel) in the end.

Only the people who have fully played through all the Story Modes and unlocked everything in this game will know the facts.

===== About this game =====
This is actually a different version of Blue Breaker Burst... in fact it is actually the prequel of BBB: Egao no Asuni (which I also have on my channel). Apart from the title screen, aesthetically it looks exactly the same as the sequel.

Blue Breaker Burst: Bishou o Anata to is based on a previous love-RPG game which also appeared on the PS1 the year before. Therefore I am guessing that it features the characters from the RPG.

As for the game itself, it is an okay/average fighting game. The controls are a little clunky and unresponsive. However the stand-out aspect of it is the Story Mode, which you can choose from a set number of characters (and unlock more within I think). The character Chimena has the main and deepest story-line, while the other character's stories are still very deep and tells a good detailed adventure, with lots of dialogue. They all include good portrait artwork, animation, and for some characters, voice-acting as well.
