This video contains both endings to the game. The first is the standard ending, which takes place immediately after Sigma is sent back to the past. He arrives on the day when the nuclear weapons go off, and Akane immediately puts him to work with preparing the Nonary Game.
The second ending is what happens in the future timeline, after Sigma is sent back to the past. Kyle Klim goes around and talks to various characters, including Tenmyouji and Quark, Alice and Clover, Phi and Akane Kurashiki. This ending mostly sets up storylines for the next game, instead of resolving any storylines from this game.
