Sigma just allied, after he betrayed Phi in the previous video. Phi gets revenge, by betraying him. She plans to run away, but he quotes some Latin at her, so she sticks around.
Sigma and Phi have a long discussion about branching timelines and Schrödinger's Cat, which more or less attempts to explain how Sigma can jump through time. Sigma uses his knowledge of other timelines, in order to disable all the bombs that Dio set up.
We finish with Sigma, Phi and Tenmyouji entering the Q Room.
