Zeroize, 1983 Data East (DECO Cassette System)
Interesting little obscurity, and not too terrible at that.. in the setting of a space arena, your primary goal is to bash into the enemies (with the use of a "charge" button) to send them hopefully into a wall or the side of a teleporter (which is a tunnel that sends you exiting from another teleporter), or better yet, into each other, to send them BOTH sprawling into walls giving you a bonus. There are also holes in the floor which send anything moving over it tumbling into space (including you), which will also net you a bonus. If you get bumped, you are sent sprawling backwards-- for this occasion you are also given a "Recover" button (my name for it anyway) that will stop you from flying; just hold down the button in mid-sprawl to activate, so be ready with that button as you wail on the "charge" button. On occasion a "bonus bit" will amble across the playfield, which also nets you a bonus. Here and there a challenge stage will be played in which several bonus bits will move about to be caught for bonus points, unless you let them escape. Interesting little space arena/futuristic game.
