Zig Zag Cat is a game for the Super Famicom whose actual name we're not even going to try and transcribe here. Literally the ENTIRE internet just refers to this as "Zig Zag Cat". Draco tries to say it in the video and gets the name wrong. You probably didn't even notice.
There's a massive Star Wars text crawl at the beginning, a name entry screen, and what appears to be elements of an early RPG akin to Phantasy Star... but no, actually this is some wacky Breakout/Arkanoid-like? With ostriches? We assume the Japanese men playing instruments and dancing around are caricatures of performers who were famous at the time or something. Draco finds the bonus round relatively quickly and, ahem, breaks it out.
