In the 8 bit era, it wasn't uncommon for a video game to be primarily designed and produced by one or two people. It wasn't the norm, but you would see it, especially on 8 bit home computers. However, as the 16 bit era dawned, this started to go away, as games simply became more complicated, and to produce a good game, you really needed different people who specialized on different aspects of game development.

Klax, however, was a puzzle game developed for arcades by two people, David Akers and Mark Stephen Pierce, in an attempt to take on the 800 pound Gorilla, Tetris, who's rights had all but been gobbled up by Nintendo. This specifically is a look at the Genesis version by Tengen, not to be confused with the Japanese Mega Drive version by Namco. Take a look as I talk about Klax for probably far longer than I should have. :)
