Zilog and Moto - Episode 63: Streets of Rage 4 - Xbox One
6Well, here's a video I never expected to make, for two reasons. One, with all of the time I have invested in reviewing games for the older Sega platforms, I never thought I would bother with reviewing a title aimed at consoles post 5th generation, and Two, as big a fan as I am of the previous titles, I never, ever, EVER thought I would see another official Streets of Rage title. And yet, here it is, and I just had to slot it into the review schedule because of how much this series means to me.
A few clarifications on the video, while it is being uploaded at 4K, unfortunately, the game footage isn't native 4K, it's upscaled, similar to my normal game footage. This is because I haven't yet replaced my trusty Elgato Game Capture HD. I thought about purchasing the 4K60 Pro this weekend just for this video, but it's apparently sold out EVERYWHERE locally. I guess perhaps more people staying in recently has caused an uptick in streaming. The game still looks gorgeous, even in just regular HD, so hopefully you won't notice much of a difference.
I hope you all enjoy it, and if you're a fan of the classic games at all, this is a must play. It's fantastic.
