COMPLETE THE CHAPTER WITH 50% HEALTH OR MORE

This only refers to the health of the mobile spawner. When collecting the 3 parts to assemble the spawner, always leave one squad behind the protect it. The zombies always attack the south side of the vehicle; even when they come from the north, they won't attack the spawner until the reach the south side. Therefore, make sure your protector squad is positioned there and return them close to the vehicle if they stray to attack some blue zombies. If you do this while the other squad is retrieving spawner parts, and then manage both squads in this manner during the onslaught, you'll have no problem finishing the level with the spawner's health still in the green.

DEFEAT 100 OF BRAINHOV'S ZOMBIES

If you can manage to last the full 2 minutes of the onslaught, you should rack up 100 kills in that time.

SURVIVE 2 MINUTES OF ZOMBIE WAVES

Follow the instructions above for maintaining the spawner's health above 50% and you'll make it through the full 2 minutes.
