101The symbiotes have been part of the Marvel Universe for quite some time now, with the most popular being Venom, associated with Spider-Man, Eddie Brock, and his son Dylan Brock. Lately, many others have been added to the list, including Captain America, Hulk, and, more recently, Black Widow, who bonded with a symbiote named Sliver. Recently, a new altered form of symbiotes was introduced in the latest Marvel comic series Venom War, named Zombiotes.
However, they are not exactly symbiotes because the relationship with the host is not mutually beneficial. Zombiotes have become a new horror in the Marvel Universe. Their name references the mindlessness of the infected.
