The fourth episode of my cooking series where I make some orange heart attack on a plate.

Ingredients:
400 or so grams of pasta (eyeballed)
Water
Salt/Vegeta/Maggi

Sauce:
50-60g of butter (eyeballed)
1/3 level cup of flour
Salt
Pepper
1-2 tsp sweet paprika
Freshly grated nutmeg (eyeballed)
Dijon mustard (eyeballed)
Milk (however much it takes)
Replace some of the milk with heavy cream just for kicks
~200g Gruyere cheese (or just the size it comes in cut)
~200g sharp cheddar (same as the Gruyere)
Panko breadcrumbs
Grated parmesan or pecorino
Melted butter
