The first episode of my new cooking series where I make some delicious and easy spaghetti for noobs and poor people. Takes 40 minutes but that's cause I go over a lot of basic stuff for the first episode.

Ingredients:
1 lb/500g ground beef 85% lean
1 medium onion
3-4 garlic cloves
Red pepper flakes
2-3 bay leaves
Salt/Pepper
MSG (optional)
Ketchup
28 oz/900g San Marzano tomatoes (diced/crushed)
1 lb/500g dry spaghetti
