I was able to lose about 10 pounds by quitting drinking and reevaluating my diet.
I used to love to drink, but I haven't had a drink since the end of 2020.
Drinking had been a habit for 20 years, so the first few days were tough, but after that, strangely enough, not drinking itself was not hard for me.
Sometimes I wake up with a start because I drank alcohol in a dream (laughs).
