Some of you may be wondering just what the heck this ASMR thing is. Put simply, Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response or ASMR for short, is a tingly feeling one may experience when listening to relaxing sounds such as whispers, soft tapping or scratching sounds for example.
I discovered ASMR during one of the most stressful times in my life, high school. I am sure some of you can relate. I would often listen to it well I studied and found that it helped keep my stress levels at bay and helped me to focus which is something I've struggled with my whole life. After being part of the community for so many years I decided why not see if I can make content that can do the same for other people?
