Primarily Project Zomboid which is a rapidly growing survival based game set in the Zombie Apocalypse which has captivated the attention of many hardcore gamers. Most people who play this game not only see the adventure of creating a base and scavenging supplies, but realize that the end is eventual. "This is the story of how you died" says the introduction screen, and we all know its a matter of time until water runs out, or food runs low while zombies run high, and were forced to make that perilous choice to venture out from safety to seek our needs...
Secondly, Day Z. A mod for ARMA II which changes the game from a wartime simulator into a zombie survival RPG!
