After a year of being completely gluten and sugar free I decided to start writing a book about my journey and a cooking channel to show everyone my recipes and common misconceptions in cooking. We are located near Columbus, Ohio.

I will go over home made recipes and all of the brands we I use that are both sugar and gluten free. It has been such a success and changed my life.

We will have new episodes every Thursday at Noon Eastern Standard Time.

We also have a small 11 Acre farm where we grow Chickens / Ducks and we Rescue horses from Slaughter.
