Bond returns to MI6, M informs him that Q has analyzed the sample of the Nanobot he recovered and they discovered it is the work of Dr. Nadanova but an upgraded version by Yayakov. The nanobots were originally designed to repair nuclear reactors, but were modified to destroy any metal except Platinum. Bond suspects that New Orleans may have only been a test and they must figure out where Diavalo is going to strike next.
