I'm back with Galactic Civilizations 2: Twilight of the Arnor but this time I'm playing the Community Update edition.

The Community Update is a group effort by galciv fans and modders to fix up the game as best we could. The AIs are better than ever and all of them work thanks to an unofficial update to the game's executable.
