Any way welcome to the laziest and most extensive cooking stream I've ever run. See we're testing a whole new cooking stream rig. We still have the two security cameras set up but we're running everything off a laptop which is then sending the signal to the streaming computer and to keep the load down the laptop is running very little, like it has chat and the cameras and a still background but otherwise nothing so everything else is added on the stream pc side. It's easily the silliest and jankiest set up I've ever done, but damn is it isn't fun and slick.
We have proper close up angles, no audio desync on the webcams unlike the security cams, and we even have a cutting board/hand cam, its amazing! We tested it out making the easiest thing I knew, some meat loaf, made with a pea based meat analogue, and mashed potatoes, made with dehydrated potato flakes.
