#053 Baldur's Gate 1 (EE) | Harluaan Flying Ship | "Hardcore Mode"

A lot is happening! We finally found Marek in the Blushing Mermaid and took the antidote from his dead body. With that death averted again we can concentrate on other things. Like the Harluuan air ship. Immoen was able to sneak into Oberan's estate and got the items in question. On returning them to the thief's guild we got betrayed by Alatos and saved by Narlen Darkwalk. Alatos sold us out to Resar, who wanted us dead to cut loose ends and Narlen stabbed the mage just in the right moment. Seems it really payed of to gain the trust of the common members of the guild!
Moreover we met our old friend Aldeth Sashenstar who needs our help to investigate strange doings by his business partners. Seems there is an invasion by doppelgangers under way and not really surprisingly the Iron Throne seems to be involved! I really have to put an end to their evil doings!

For this Baldur's Gate playthrough I will simulate kind of a hardcore mode and we are going to explore the whole Sword Coast. So expect diving deep into the story and the lore of this world. And since this is the enhanced edition, I plan to incorporate the new characters into my party and follow their story as well!
I am playing a chaotic good Elv Fighter / Mage and as much as possible we are going to stay true to this role.
