Brawl Minus is a mod for Super Smash Bros Brawl that aims to balance the roster by making every character as broken as possible, because when everything is overpowered, nothing is.

To accomplish this, the mod significantly tweaks hitstun and many other properties to make nearly any combo imaginable possible, while giving certain characters a little extra love to spice up their kit and/or pay homage to their original series.

While similar to Project+, Brawl Minus still feels like Brawl, just with crazy amounts of nonsense added in. Having played older versions many years ago, I was curious if I could complete Subspace Emissary while running the mod, despite its instability. Mostly, this was an excuse to show off how crazy it all is, but I found a bunch of weird surprises throughout my playthrough that I'm not certain were planned or accidental, and it's precisely that uncertainty which makes this mod special.
