Soldiers in Sennelager have been getting to grips with a complete change of role.

After a tour of duty in Afghanistan and deployment to the Olympics, the 1st Battalion the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment is switching from being mechanised to light infantry.

That means they have gone back to the ranges for training in longer- range weapons.
