Ubuntu 22.10 has numerous new features, but we have broken them down into nine critical features, as shown herein:

Raspberry Pi microcontroller with embedded display support
Linux Kernel 5.19
System-wide WebP support
New developer workflow optimization tools
Improved system settings
Pipewire introduced as the default audio server

Since Ubuntu 22.10 (Kinetic Kudu) is a non-LTS release commonly known as a short-term release, it will only be supported for nine months.
